FOUR SEASONS DIFC

This is the second Four Seasons Hotel that H&H have developed and managed in Dubai. Located within DIFC, this is an existing residential building converted in to a 106 suite 5* boutique hotel located in the heart of one of the most sought after urban locations in Dubai. H&H led the design of the proposed external facade and architecture of the new building as well as construction supervision to meet the hotels image and brand offering, whilst integrating the development into the DIFC master plan and urban massing. The total construction value was AED340million.
