FOUR SEASONS STAFF ACCOMMODATION

This project involved the design, management and construction of the staff accommodation facility for the Four Seasons hotels in Dubai. H&H were the Development Managers involved in revenue and financial forecasts, overseeing the design, including construction costs, planning, hiring and managing consultants and the construction process, presenting to senior management, liaising with authorities. The site is located in Jebel Ali. Formed in the shape of an ‘H’, the building design was required to be elegant and modular with the external skin constructed from staggered precast concrete panels. The total number of rooms is 324 and also incorporates a central kitchen and staff restaurant, the hotels main laundry with an external swimming pool and basketball court.
